These terms govern use of AI Rap Video Trend at airapvideotrend.com. Questions and refund requests can be sent to support@airapvideotrend.com. By using the studio, you agree to these terms.
Use accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. The service is intended for adults. You must own, or have sufficient permission to upload, animate, and process every photo you submit. Obtain consent from people shown in your photos.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, nonconsensual intimate imagery, harassment, deceptive impersonation, or infringement of privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights. Do not bypass authentication, credit controls, upload checks, or provider restrictions.
Available templates define the supported input count, duration, aspect ratio, and credit cost. Trend guides are informational unless they explicitly offer generation. No trend name grants a license to a song, artist voice, likeness, or performance. The current original preset requests model-generated sound; it does not guarantee exact lyrics, voice cloning, lip sync, identity fidelity, or viral distribution.
Generated results can contain artifacts or unexpected content. Review your output before using or publishing it, and follow destination-platform rules for synthetic media and disclosure. No ownership or commercial license to third-party songs, trademarks, or likenesses is granted by these terms. You are responsible for obtaining the rights required for your intended use.
The pricing page shows the current one-time credit packages. Credits are added only after a payment is verified as completed. Pending payments do not receive credits. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are service units, not currency, and are not transferable.
A task reserves the displayed credit amount before provider submission. A completed task confirms usage. A confirmed failure releases reserved credits according to the credit ledger. Provider or network uncertainty is reconciled before being treated as failure, so a slow task does not automatically receive an immediate refund.
Contact support with your payment reference if a purchase is incorrect or a task appears mischarged. Purchase refund requests are assessed using payment, usage, and credit records, subject to applicable consumer rights. Refunded or reversed payments may reverse the corresponding credits, including credits already used. Artistic dissatisfaction alone does not establish technical failure. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
You retain whatever rights you hold in your input. You permit us and our processing providers to use it as necessary to deliver your request, store results, and maintain the service. We do not automatically add your results to a public gallery. Publication as a featured example requires separate permission.
Availability depends on infrastructure and external providers. We may restrict accounts or requests that violate these terms or applicable provider requirements. The service is provided subject to applicable law; no uninterrupted availability or particular creative outcome is promised.
