We store account information, login sessions, payment references, credit transactions, generation task records, uploaded photo references, and generated media. Your photos are used to create the video you request. Do not upload a photo without permission from the person shown.
Authentication uses Better Auth and, when configured, Google sign-in. PostgreSQL stores account and task records. S3-compatible object storage holds uploaded and generated files. Our video provider receives the photos and creative direction necessary to process your task. Provider processing is subject to its applicable data terms.
PayPal processes checkout and payment details. We store order and capture references, payment status, amounts, and the credit entries needed to settle purchases and refunds. We do not collect payment-card numbers through our studio.
Your media is associated with your account. The application checks ownership for task history, video previews, and downloads. User media is stored in a private bucket. The generation provider receives time-limited read links to the reference photos it needs; those links are bearer permissions and must not be shared. Completed videos are streamed through authenticated routes. We do not automatically publish your photos or results in the public examples gallery. Featuring a result requires separate permission.
When analytics is configured, we measure template selection, upload completion, creation, payment completion, and downloads. Ordinary analytics events do not include your photos, filenames, prompts, lyrics, or email address. Technical systems may process IP addresses and request information to provide the service and prevent abuse.
Temporary references have an expiration and may be removed through scheduled cleanup. Account, generated-media, credit, and payment records are retained as needed to provide the service, reconcile transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We do not promise an unimplemented fixed deletion schedule. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or account closure. Some financial records may need to be retained after an account closes.
You can use browser controls to manage cookies. Contact support to exercise data protection rights, update account information, or request account changes where supported. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or changing account information. This service is intended for adults.
